Booking Policy

If a workshop must be cancelled by me, then an alternative date or full refund will be offered.

Bookings cancelled over 4 weeks prior to the start of the workshop are fully refundable.

Unfortunately, bookings cancelled within 4 weeks of the start of a workshop are non-refundable, so please check the dates carefully.

Jewellery Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you must let me know within 2 weeks.

Unfortunately, I can’t accept returns on earrings for health and safety reasons

Jewellery must be returned within 14 days of agreement of refund.

Refunds will be processed with 14 days of the return.

Return postage costs will only be refunded if the item was faulty.

I am happy to repair jewellery within 12 months of the date of purchase if there is a fault due to manufacturing rather than wear and tear or accident.

Gift Vouchers

No refunds can be given for gift vouchers, and these must be used

within 12 months of purchase.
