45 afternoons to learn the basics, or to improve.
Example programme:
Week 1 -Design a pendant or key ring in copper, learning how to use a jeweller’s saw to pierce out your design. Experiment with the rolling mill and metal stamps to create surface decoration.
Week 2- Make one or two silver stacking rings or pendant, forming and shaping the wire, soldering and finish with a hammered texture.
Weeks 3/5- Design and make a piece of jewellery of your choice, being guided through the processes as necessary.
Price includes all copper. Silver can be purchased from me, or bring your own.
